Once Upon a Time…
Up on a
hillside, with a glimpse of a bay, There stands a dear school,
tucked out of the way. In the school there’s a room
made especially for books. And they recently changed how
that library looks. The shelves were all moved, the
books relocated. They cleaned and they scrubbed
and they even repainted! New curtains and furniture came
from the store, But there seemed to be space
for just a bit more… So the teachers got busy and
started creating, They thought about Lego and ice
hockey skating, Rainbow Fish, princesses,
horses and rhyme, They painted and glued, and in
a short time… Those teachers made sculptures
of favourite books To display in the library’s
shelving and nooks; But mostly, they made them to
celebrate YOU…
The RES students who love to read, too!
